2. FORMULATION AND URGENCY OF THE PROBLEM
Annually, there are 50 000 children who run away from their houses
in Russia
More than 70% of this number form teenagers
between 12 and 18 years old
Inability to support children materially, insolubility of conflict
situations, and misunderstanding are some of the reasons why
children run away from their homes and never return.
This is the issue of the day since it’s involved the whole
world.
For instance, in the United States the number of “children-
runaways” comes to 1 million every year.
Unfortunately, there are no effectives measures to prevent
such kind of escapes.
That’s why we suggest social project “The Family-Home
Aid” (The FHA).

3. THE AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FHA
The aim of The Family-Home Aid Social Project is to
create boarding-houses which give children and their
parents moneyed assistance and help in solving the
conflicts.
The objectives that correspond with the aim:
 to determine the main type of The FHA Project activity;
 to determine the age of children with whom The FHA
will work;
 to determine the organization of The Family-Home Aid;
 to work out a plan of project’s realization, including
advertising and searching for the sponsors for financing
The FHA Project ;

4. THE MAIN TYPE OF THE FHA ACTIVITY
The FHA helps children and their families in difficult family
relations:

appealing to The FHA
In these cases The FHA offers:
 residence for children during 6 months
 medical care, physiological help and moneyed assistance
 possibility for children to attend their schools
 search for the solution to the conflict or financial problems in
the family: family therapy and consultation; moneyed
assistance (in finding a job or accordance a job in The FHA
boarding-houses)
 registration of children and their families in The FHA.

5. THE ORGANIZATION OF THE FAMILY-HOME AID
The FHA is a boarding-house consisting of two buildings
The first building: The second building:
Living building Registration building
(separate bedrooms for boys +rooms for family
and girls; separate bathrooms; consultation.
drawing-rooms and dining rooms).
The FHA cooperates with the Guardianship
Authorities, schools, and hospitals. Moreover, The Family-
Home Aid gives transport benefits to the children.
The age of children with whom The FHA will work: between 6
and 18 years old.

6. ADVERTISING THE FAMILY-HOME AID PROJECT
Advertising:
 in newspapers and magazines;
 on TV;
 in the Internet;
 in the hospitals, schools and various public places.
Also:
 the addresses and telephones of The FHA boarding-houses
are included in the reference books;
 the seminars of The FHA are realized in the schools.

7. THE SPONSORS FOR FINANCING THE FHA
 Various organizations and individuals
 Charity and donations
 National financing

8. THE CONCLUSION
To extirpate the reasons is more wisely than to strive with their
consequences. Therefore, it is better to help children now than
to wait until they become “underprivileged”.
The Family-Home Aid Social Project can be realized in every
country of the world because its aim is to save the most
important value: the Family.
