equivalent capacitance = Ceq = C1 + C2*C3/(C2 + C3) = 28.7 + 28.7*14.35/(28.7+14.35) = 38.27 uF
charge through battery = Q = CV = 38.27*10^(-6)*49 = 1875.23*10^(-6) C = Q1 + Q2 + Q3
Q1 = C1*V = 28.7*49 = 1406.3*10^(-6) C
C2 & C3 are in series so Q2 = Q3
