world-class panel of designers, brand architects and engineers. This panel’s creative efforts are brought

• Kiosko operates two high-tech manufacturing facilities in Vermont as well as satellite sales offices
in Florida and Massachusetts. Roughly half of our employees are dedicated to manufacturing
while the balance provide administrative, engineering, logistics and project management services.
• Kiosko’s highly automated factory and extremely flexible workforce can accommodate and adapt to
varying production demands. We currently run one full time shift with added “flex shifts” as needed
to handle fluctuations in demand.
• Kiosko strives to manage all manufacturing activities internally to minimize our reliance on outside
vendors. Powder coating metal and cutting/preparing natural stone surfaces are outsourced
locally.
• Kiosko’s core production staff has an average tenure with the company of 7 years. Kiosko has
maintained its competitive edge through heavy and ongoing investment in modern, computer-
controlled processing equipment.
• Kiosko manages the relationship between our client, the landlord and service providers to
orchestrate a highly-efficient rollout. Our service team works with a proven process to keep all
parties informed on dates, times and logistics.

and tradesmen. Because of our long standing and ongoing relationship with our contractor

5. Capabilities
Capabilities
• Finishes – the vast majority of Kiosko’s fixtures are constructed of laminates. When designed and
applied properly, laminate fixtures deliver optimum flexibility and peak value for our clients.
Laminates may include thermoformed materials, plastic laminates or real-wood veneers.
• Granite and solid surface tops – (two totally different materials). Granite is a natural stone product
that requires special tools and craftsmanship to cut and prepare. Stone work is outsourced to NBC
Solid Surfaces in Springfield VT. We handle all other solid surface processing and finishing internally.
• Metal fabrication – Kiosko fabricates our own metal components including support posts, overhead
structures and a variety of trims and fascias.
• Class A treated lumber, Veneer Core Plywood, MDF, and Industrial Particle Core – These are the
typical sub straights on which our high-quality laminates are applied.
• Fire-rate board material – Kiosko utilizes fire-rated board material when required by landlord or
municipalities. Fire-rate board material is designed to slow flame-spread in the event of a fire.
• Glass – Kiosko utilizes various types of glass to support our designs including tempered, safety,
etched, rolled/bent and laminated glass.
• Epoxy Finishes, Powder Coatings, and general painting. – Kiosko has a finish line that allows us to
apply many different spray finishes, lacquers and epoxies.
• UL Certified facility – Kiosko is a UL Certified facility and with this designation our fixtures will be
developed to meet electrical codes throughout the US.

Kiosko has extensive experience and deep relationships with all major U.S. REIT’s. Our Project
Management division maintains close working relationships with key national, regional and local
tenant coordination teams which serves to facilitate fixture approvals efficiently.

7. Program Management
Program Management
Kiosko’s advanced order management system creates “data collection control checks” that enable us to
proactively monitor the variables that impact an on-time roll-out. This information broadly describes the flow
of information through our operational process.
• Ordering of Product - When a signed order is received by Kiosko it is converted to a live “work order”, which triggers materials
procurement, machine scheduling, shipping logistics and installation scheduling. Since installation scheduling often dictates
preceding processes, Kiosko devised a system that continually adjusts the time line based on the final deliver and install date.
• Scheduling of Production: - Machining and final assembly schedules are established based on procurement lead times and are
managed by our MRP system. Out side of the MRP system our Project Managers are continually managing and firming the
shipping and installation schedules and relaying that information back to the MRP system electronically.
• Shipping: On a daily basis, Kiosko’s shipping department adjusts logistics for our clients to achieve the most efficient delivery
possible. This involves coordinating multiple venues with multiple installation crews across the country at prescribed intervals.
• Installation: Kiosko’s project management group schedules installations ensuring that all paperwork is in-place and that the
installation remains on-schedule with the shared timeline.
• Invoicing: Once the fixture is delivered and we have confirmed a successful installation, Kiosko’s Project Managers change the
status of a respective order which automatically notifies the accounting group to invoice a job based on the specific terms
related to that job.
• Reporting: Kiosko aggregates a weekly reporting package that compiles material order statuses, production, scheduling and
shipping logistics forecasts. This reporting package monitors defects and compiles other data analyzing Kiosko’s materials
management and quality performance. These internal reports help us manage the implementation of your project from
inception to installation.
