5. Our Metadata interface makes light work of configuring new content’s taxonomies/ categories and metadata, all from one screen
6. The metadata configured here is used throughout the website to facilitate categorisation, searching (such as displaying contextual results relevant to the content being rendered), paging, advanced filtering and ordering.
8. After the content has been published, the original is available for reference/download and a new content block is created with the cleansed and valid XHTML extracted from the document.
9. The XHTML is entered into a node of the Smart Form and so editors can optionally dress and configure the content further. Republishes from SharePoint update a single node so the content’s style and page configuration is preserved.
10. Documents can also be added and converted to XHTML via the Workarea directly – both methods enable the XHTML to be edited via the Workarea.
11. The content automatically renders on the website in the relevant areas and inherits a wealth of dynamic page functionality.
12. Our QueryBuilder engine makes light work of searching for and displaying results and their metadata in this fully automated website library. QueryBuilder is underpinned by our self-administering caching framework and so results are fast and efficient.
13. Our advanced search is an intuitive UI for QueryBuilder and puts phenomenal searching, filtering and ordering capabilities safely in the hands of website visitors. Each result uses its URL alias and dynamically displays the content’s metadata as appropriate.
14. Pages use QueryBuilder to display latest and contextual content relevant to the page being rendered to promote horizontal navigation. Page load times fast and efficient as these too are underpinned by our self-administering caching framework.
15. QueryBuilder also has a widget interface enabling content editors to create bespoke feeds which update automatically as new content is added
16. Editors can drag and drop QueryBuilder to any of the Page Layout’s DropZone’s.
17. Editors can choose options such as how the content is ordered, what type of results are returned such as Smart Form content, Page Builder pages, Documents or Multimedia etc. Complex and bracketed taxonomy expressions can be built at ease. Presentation options can be set and predefined QueryBuilder Views can be selected to choose which fields are outputted in the results and how.
18. Taxonomies can be selected by navigating the same tree as is seen in the Workarea.
19. Editors are able to build up more and more expressions as required, before saving the widget for its results to be rendered on the Page Layout.
20. Editors can preview and tweak their query or build-up the page by adding more QueryBuilder widgets.
21. When the Page Layout is published the results of the queries are rendered on the website. Load times are fast as the queries are automatically cached.
