     with respect to technical and general aspects sent by different clients.

    Establishing a recruiting strategy by analyzing job descriptions and implementing
       same to generate applicant base such as Job portals, Job posting, Advertisements,
       References, etc.
      Reviewing the job applications. Screening the candidates, scheduling telephonic
       interview, coordinating for the same.
      Coordinating the candidates all over India through mail and phone.
      Keeping track of responses and short-listing profiles.
      Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organisation
       etc.
      Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the company.
      Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
      Ensure the right tests are administered on candidates as per positions they are
       being interviewed.
      Sending the Offer letter to the selected candidates, coordinating with them
       regarding medical test, visa process, flight tickets.
      Proper follow-up & coordination until the candidates joins on-board
      Co coordinating with the internal panels and maintaining MIS reports on weekly
       basis.
      Proficient with various job portals like Times jobs, Naukri, monster etc
