For 40-plus years, Bruce Zielsdorf worked as a
military journalist, newspaper editor and Army
civilian PR man at locations around the globe.

- Covered the Lake Placid Olympics
- Documented airmen at work worldwide
- Spent 23 years as an Air Force journalist
Zielsdorf now lives in Fort Worth, Texas. Retiring
four years ago as the civilian PAO at Fort Hood,
he served 11 years as the Army’s spokesman in
the “media capitol of the world” – New York
City.
Zielsdorf describes himself as a freelance writer
and quality management guy who’s focused
on a creative writing future.
