• City Council unanimously approved current 3 year
lease agreement w/Bandits on Jan. 8, 2013.
• Addressed rental fees, scheduling use, programs
and novelty sales, concession proceeds,
insurance, utility fees, staffing, storage, etc.
• After inaugural 2013 season, Bandits reported that
they lost approx. $138K
• SA Bandits owner requested that the City revisit
the agreement to see if changes could be made for
future seasons
4. Requested Changes
• Reduce rent to $750 a game with an increase
occurring the following season to $1,000 a game
• No fees charged for practice
• Remove the requirement that 2,000 people must
be in attendance before 5% and 7.5% of
concession sales can be credited to rent
• Waive the City’s percentage of concession sales
for 2 games during the season to allow for reduced
price concessions

place, resulting in $0 concessions for City and
Bandits
• allow the team to paint the locker room
