The Bayfield Regional Conservancy, Trout Unlimited's Wild Rivers Chapter, and Friends of the White River are working together to purchase and protect 80 acres of vulnerable land along the White River to preserve wildlife habitat and recreational access. The property includes 2000 feet of shoreline along an exceptionally pristine stretch of the river known for its high quality trout fishing. Funds raised will establish a permanent fund to protect more land along the White River in the future.
