I am a Managing Partner of the inside Business Group in Aachen, a leading company for e-Learning and Blended Learning in Germany. I am a corporate learning expert and my work synthesizes concepts from the fields of computer science, instructional design, and cognitive psychology. Over the past fifteen years, I have designed and developed e-Learning and Blended Learning scenarios, online assessments and certification programs, knowledge management systems, performance support systems and game-based as well as simulation-based learning applications.
