5 Things to be analyzed while hiring a
Freelancer at Solutioninn.com .
Generally employers/students claim that freelancers failed to provide the work they were
required or couldn’t completed the work on time. It’s not only the fault of freelancers but also of
employers. It’s not an easy task to just give the money and get the work done. On the parallel
way you have to analyze many things to get you work done successfully.
Categories:
You must check if the category is listed, in the profile of freelancer, you’re concerning of. Never
hire a freelancer if he/she is not dealing with your required category (e.g. programming, web
development etc)
Rating/Review:
You should check the current reviews and ratings of freelancers. If it’s below 3 stars and
customers had provided bad reviews then never hire such a freelancer. You must look for a
freelancer with 5 stars rating and positive feedback. Obviously positive feedback does matter and
tells real time experience of others with the same freelancer.
Behavior:
You should analyze the behavior of freelancer while communicating. If he/she is just interested
to be hired, not in getting the insights of work to be done, then don’t hire such a freelancer. A
good freelancer always asks for the details and complete requirements along with deadline. Some
freelancers just bid with dollar amount without even asking such details and/or deadline, this
simply tells that they are not serious or mature enough to be hired.
Interview:
You’d take a little interview of freelancer before hiring. Ask some terms and topics you’re
concerning of. This will give an overview of the freelancer’s intellect if he/she really belongs to
the field of your requirement or not. If he/she answers your questionnaires correctly then surely
he/she is the really one you’re looking for.
Negotiation:
A professional freelancer always bids reasonable, or little more than reasonable, charges for the
services to be rendered. He/she would never negotiate much. Since they believe their knowledge
and experience and get rigid with their service charges. However, on the other side, one with less
experience and/or knowledge would be interested in higher negotiation.
After analyzing all these things you’re ready to hire a freelancer to get your work done with
relaxed mind. Best of Luck 
