3. SAFETY TIPS FOR SAFE PLAY WITH
CRACKERS
• Never allow children to play with fireworks
unsupervised.
• Don’t light candles or oil lamps near
curtains or any combustible materials.
• Hold sparklers away from your body.
• Light rockets pointing them straight up.
• Never light flying fireworks from balconies
or near buildings and in confined area. Use
terraces or open grounds.
4. SAFETY TIPS FOR SAFE PLAY WITH CRACKERS
• Don’t wear long, flowing dresses specially
of synthetic materials while playing with
fireworks
• Never store fireworks near a flame or a
source of heat.
• Never light fireworks under confinement in
a tin.
• Never use cracker near LPG storage area.
• Avoid defective crackers.
• Light only one firework at a time, if it does
not function, do not pick it up. It may
explode in your hand.
