Ultimatelythe case wassettledoutof court,howevernotwithouthavinga extreme impressiononthe
band.NickKnox,stalwartdrummer,hadlongsufferedfromvisiontroublesandaftereye surgical
procedure SpencerNielsen lefthimblindinone eye,determinedtodepartthe bandand retire.
