9. I encourage students to use a range of technology in my Library? Students would like to use technology in their learning? I would like my own children to utilise technology in their education? I own a mobile phone with internet/email access? If there is a difference between #1 and #2, then there is tension in the classroom - the students want to use technology whereas the teacher doesn't. If #1 is more than #3 then we have a moral issue - teachers want their own children to utilise technology in their classrooms but do not want to undertake such practices in their own classroom with other people's children that they as teachers have responsibility for regarding their education.
