The Model T23 two-wire transmi er provides simplicity in a
powerful package. A choice of measurement parameters
include: pH, ORP, Specific Ion, Dissolved Oxygen, Conduc vity
and Resis vity.
MULTI-CHANNEL CAPABILITY allows the Model T23 to accept
up to two sensor inputs, each having temperature
compensa on, and provides up to three selected outputs.
Any combina on of pH, ORP, Specific Ion, or Dissolved Oxygen
can be accepted as an input. (Conduc vity or Resis vity
transmi ers are only available as single channel units)
The SENTINEL is the next genera on sensor technology. By
u lizing the “SENTINEL” sensor reference diagnos cs, the user
can easily monitor the reference electrode’s degrada on due
to deple on or process contamina on. The “prephault”
indica on is clearly displayed as a bar graph on the main
process menu (or as an op onal output). The bar graph will
flash when it is me to replace an electrode. This feature
allows just in me delivery of the consumable component of
the sensor, elimina ng unforeseen down me.

Model T23 Transmi er
The AUTO BUFFER CALIBRATION feature allows the user to
perform buffer calibra ons that are stored in memory for
future reference. A er the buffer points have been ini ally
stored in memory, ac vate calibra on and insert the sensor
into standard solu ons. Wait for the sensor reading to
stabilize and save the data. There are no buffer value
adjustments to make.
The simplicity of the T23 transmi er allows one person to
quickly perform calibra ons through the power of the micro
processor. All configura on and calibra on func ons are
easily performed via the membrane key pad elimina ng the
need for any mechanical poten ometer adjustments. The
membrane keys allow for easy calibra ons while insuring
NEMA 4X environmental integrity.
ISOLATED OUTPUTS are standard with the Model T23. The
Model T23 accepts signals from various ECD sensors,
processes the informa on and provides up to three fully
isolated 4-20mA or 20–4mA outputs. The outputs are
expandable and reversible.
OPTIONAL OUTPUTS are available with the Model T23,
including a three-mode propor onal control output for any
measured parameter. Other outputs available are differen al,
average and ra o outputs. An addi onal relay op on
provides (two) 5 amp relays that can be used as alarm or
control set points.
POWER REQUIREMENT of the Model T23 is typically 24 VDC
loop-powered with an op onal 110/220 VAC power supply.
In case of power interrup on, the calibra on and
configura on data are retained in the EEPROM memory.
CONDUCTIVITY TRANSMITTERS- If an applica on requirement
includes resis vity, conduc vity, or specific concentra on
measurement, the Model T23 Transmi er will provide a new
level of simplicity and reliability. Built in sensor diagnos cs
indicate the validity of the sensor measurement with each
calibra on. Sensor models are available for both magne c
and contac ng type sensors. Common applica ons include:
sulfuric acid, TDS, sodium hydroxide, boiler blow-down,
cooling tower water control and leak detec on.
