Grill chicken breasts for around 9
to 10 minutes total, flipping halfway
through. How long do you grill
chicken on each side? Grill chicken
breasts around 5 minutes on each

Traditional kofte recipes are made with
ground beef or lamb, or a combination of
the two. This recipe calls for all beef but
use whatever you prefer. Garlic, onion,
breadcrumbs, egg, and spices are also
used to both flavor the meat as well as
bind it so the meatballs don't fall apart
during the cooking process.
Chicken kebabs are so simple to make, they
are basically marinaded chicken, threaded
onto skewers and cooked through. For this
recipe we use a marinade of yoghurt with
paprika, cumin, a little cinnamon.
