JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS
Pre-Task analysis shall be undertaken for jobs with high risk nature. Risks and hazard shall
be identified and work procedure shall be developed to minimize if not to totally eliminate
such risks and hazards.
A. Work Execution Procedure
The work procedure is a documented step by step or sequencing of various tasks to
guide the employees to perform and complete a particular activity.

for critical tasks that have high risk potential.
