summaries of earnings releases. They were looking for a
way to accelerate article publication and reallocate talent
to more value-add financial journalism.
Nikkei is a media organization focused on financial
news. Their flagship daily newspaper, The Nikkei,
has approximately three million subscribers.
Nikkei's multi-platform media distribution includes
online, broadcast and magazines.
Use of AWS
Nikkei developed their proprietary AI algorithm running on
Amazon EC2 to automatically create financial summaries
based on earnings releases.
