To use and expand my knowledge and skills in the Service industry & Customer service, developing a new &
creative ways to cater the needs of customer with the required price point. And hence expanding my horizon

Team Leader- Operations- MetLife Global Operations Support Centre 12,Aug,14- Up till Now
Responsible for:
• Currently working as Team Leader in Service desk.
• Provide assistance to the Project Managers who are using Clarity & other applications.
• To meet the SLA’S as per the set expectation.
• To work as Administrator to grant the access to Clarity & other application as per the desired request.
• To create Incidents in Service Now & Remedy to work on those Incidents as per the SLAS.
• To Create Work order in Remedy.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Project Issue& Updating and Creation of project plans in MS-Project.
• Reporting & tool maintenance.
• Performs User Acceptance Testing for EPMT enhancements and defect fixes.
• Develop change documentation and release notes, and communicate to EMPT Users.
• Provide user and technical support to the tool users .

• It’s a inbound Technical process where we had to take the call of the customer.
• We have to support & provide Technical Assistance for a Financial Software QUICKEN related to installation,
purchase of upgrade version & as well Support Plan for unsupported versions as well.
• Analytical & logical problem solving related to the features of the software like budgeting,taxation,accounts &
other features
• Monitor and evaluate achievement of target against expectation.
