Allowed.....
● Personally Yes, I do believe we should be granted the right of cellphone
use during school.
● Cell phones not only provide a form of educational use, they also are used
as a form of entertainment, but in an educational way.
● For example, there are some apps that show the students different
languages.
● Students could use those educational games and apps during their lunch
periods, study halls, or even at home!

4. Should cell phones be allowed in
school?
● Yes!
● I believe that cell phones should be allowed in school for various reasons. One is for
emergencies, or accidents. For instance, a student might have to contact their parents to notify
them about after school, or if they have detention. In some cases, a student may have to use
their phones to inform them of a half-a-day, or an early dismissal.
● Another reason is that students can look up information online if school computers aren’t
working. Instead of waiting and wasting time for the internet to load, the student can simply
research whatever topic online and get the assignment done.
5. Pros:
● Students could contact their parents if there is an emergency
● Students can get research done much more efficiently
● Students can use their phone as a recorder to record a teacher’s lecture
● Phones can be silenced during class or study periods
● Parents will be able to have an easy access to reach their kids
● Students can easily collaborate on group projects
● Students can be prepared for a new world that’s dependable on technology and smartphones.
6. Cons:
● Students forget to turn off their phones during class which can cause a
disruption
● Students can spread nasty rumors or misinformation
● It can be used for cyberbullying
● Phones can be used as a cheating device
7. Why should kids be able to use
cell phones in class?
●I feel that personally if teachers are to help us to life after college
we must get used to having our phones around us at all
times. What jobs in our generation can u think of that
don't involve cellular use?
●Also in class some of the computers in the computer
lab do not work as a result instead of us all using one
computer and sharing vision we can all use our phones
to provide a more convenient setting.
8. Why should kids be able to use
cell phones in class?
●Kids should also be able to use their cellphones in class
be it brings us together socially. Many of us have
Instagram or Facebook with are major social networking
brands and companies. As we learn more about each
other on the internet as “followers” we learn about each
other personally and develop a deeper friendship with that
other student. But not during class times but during
lunch or study.
