PeopleSoft Implementation ongoing at
several of its regional offices.
Customer Requirements
The client needed PeopleSoft Application Management Services for:
• Implementation of new modules in EMEA
• Development of new interfaces and reports
• Loading Accounts and Alt accounts in Hyperion using custom AE interface programs
• On-time issue resolution

• Implemented GL modules and
customized GL reports
• Defined closing rules.
• Customized accounting entry and
journal generator templates.
• Implemented and customized Inventory
and PO Module
• Defined serial control and shipping
serial control for Inventory
• Uploaded alternate accounts for the
client’s business units.
• Coordinated with the PeopleSoft
Implementation team with regard to
the existing customization in PeopleSoft
module processes and reports.
• Established approval rules and
Purchasing options.
• Defined staged-date tracking and
negative inventory options.
• Developed inbound interface programs
using application engine and
component interface based on given
data flow diagrams, conversion logics
and business rules to upload, create and
map accounts and alternate accounts in
Hyperion.
