Psychology

He
is
president
of
the
European
Associa*on

Work

Organiza*onal
Psychology,
and
secretary-‐general
of
the
Alliance
of
Organiza*onal
Psychology.
His
research
interests
include
work
engagement,
burnout,
spillover
and
crossover.
His
research
has
been
published
in
