      Responsible for identifying and subsequently selected Tal-os Asia (MRI
        affiliate) to conduct talent mapping project for Meritor joint venture company
        XMAL in Xuzhou, China.

   RPO vendor selection, Meritor - Shanghai, China
      May 2010 – July 2010
      Identified, selected and instituted HCG as primary recruitment vendor to
       support Meritor Shanghai's recruitment efforts in China. One key hire was
       Flora Zhou, who wasour Recruiter for Meritor China.

   Hodes iQ ATS implementation and training in Meritor China
      May 2010 – July 2010
      Successfully completed hands-on training of Hodes iQ ATS in China, resulting
       in full implementation and usage in Meritor Shanghai location.

 MBO-style Performance Management system development &
  implementation
      April 2006 – June 2007
      Developed and rolled new MBO-style Performance Management process
       at Corporate HQ for all employees. Actively participated in hands-on
       training sessions for all employees, including upper level management.

      January 2002 – June 2004
      As HR team lead, was responsible for supporting the successful
       implementation of mySAP HR (HRIS) module for multiple locations
       throughout the US.
