Giving importance and value for training is necessary
To build a strong foundation and have thorough knowledge on a subject, training is very important.
It gives an individual the boost, confidence and smartness to tackle any kind of scenario after he or
she has gotten trained in the particular subject. All of this said and done, but, how many of us really
give training that much of importance? Many of us find training really boring and a pain. No one
wants to attend any kind of training; everyone just wants to go about with their work and come
back home. The idea of attending workshops and training at work place seems to be a bore to many
employees, they tend to forget the importance of training and how it can help them improve their
own work and achieve and attain the goal that they have always dreamt of. Nevertheless, training is
a vast subject and it needs to be dealt appropriately by the trainer or the instructor, because it is up
to them to make the training or the workshop interesting which would make the employees want to
attend such workshops willingly and enjoy the same, which would help them grab the subject
knowledge more easily.
It is imperative to have an experienced trainer who can take the workshop or training with utmost
confidence and is able to answer all the questions and doubts of the trainees with ease. The trainer
himself or herself should have complete knowledge of the subject that they are going to train,
should be able to train with ease and confidence, clear all the doubts and questions, make the
environment of the classroom friendly, the trainer should be approachable. It is indeed difficult to
get a trainer with all these qualities. AQSS provides trainers with all of the above qualities, who is
experienced and can excel in their training sessions. A company or an office should appoint trainer
with good experience, skill, subject knowledge and above all the people who will do justice to his or
her job and will give the company good trained individuals for the future.
All around the world the qualities of a trainer are one and the same. Few qualities are as follows:
Being approachable: A trainer should be approachable; the trainees should be comfortable to go
ahead and clear any kind of doubts or questions with the trainer. Subject knowledge: It is very
vital that the trainer should have thorough and complete subject knowledge of the subject that he
or she is going to take the training on, the trainees should feel and get the impression that the
trainer is well versed with the subject. Share knowledge: The trainer should be able to share his or
her knowledge properly with the students. Confident: The trainer should be confidential and
should not show any sign of nervousness while taking the workshop. Experience: An experienced
trainer needs no introduction, he or she will capture the attention of the trainees within no time
and will have a session which will be full of fun and at the same time exchange of information will
be done extremely well.
Becoming a trainer is not easy; one needs to have the confidence that they will be able to handle a
set of people who are completely different from each other. One gets all the qualities once he or she
takes up the training program to become a trainer. One needs to get himself or herself updated even
after becoming a trainer, this is the reason why sometimes companies have trained the trainer
program, this is kept just to enhance the skill further or just to brush up their existing skill and
knowledge. Training is important for development and growth for which trainer plays an equally
