I am Apollo, son of Zeus. My father’s excessive pride caused him to fall from his position of glory
a year ago as carrier of this powerful message. Don’t tell him I said so, but I think he was going
through some sort of middle-age crisis as well. You know, chasing the young mortal women and
all. He has entrusted me to carry on the message. He knew the message was too powerful not to
be shared, so I am taking the load off his back until he gets on his feet again. I shall shine the

2. I am writing this so that others may benefit from my experience. During the past several years I
have used myself as a human test subject with an over-the-counter medication available at most
drug stores, (CVS, Walgreen's, Rite-Aid, etc.) I believe that I have discovered a secret that has
given me control over my life and allowed me to live the life I have always dreamed of. I am
living proof that it works.
Many of you reading this may already have your life working for you, and may decide that this
solution is not for you. But if you are still suffering as I have suffered much of my life, you are
ready to try almost anything to relieve it. If you are reasonably healthy and stick to the doses
I recommend, you may encounter little or no side effects, or you will find that you are willing
to live with the side effects. This medication has been around for over 50 years in non-
prescription form. Many people, mostly teens, have been abusing (as opposed to using) it at
doses much higher than the doses I am recommending. I believe there are very few cases of
reported deaths from the use of this medication in isoloation, even at large doses.

literature I have seen indicates around 5 or so deaths worldwide. Let's see, how many people
have died from alcohol poisoning? Is it more than 5? Case closed.
I have always had problems with some aspects of life that others seem to do with ease. One is
control of my appetite, which seems to have no limit. I always felt like I could never eat enough,
and try as I might to diet and exercise, I used to snack constantly and kept a good 35 pounds of
fat on my belly for years. I always felt guilty and gross, not to mention unhealthy.
I have also battled depression for most of my life. I tried talk therapy, with little success and I’ve
tried many of the newer and older antidepressants, with more success. Interestingly, there are
new agents for depression that work immediately, rather than having to wait several weeks,
targeting the same brain receptors (NMDA receptors) as this over-the counter medicine. This is
the "secret" remedy I will tell you about.
The other aspect that I have always yearned for but never really been able to have is a social life.
I was born terribly shy and timid around people. I have never been able to make friends the way
“normal” people seemed to do. Perhaps I am what some therapists call "highly sensitive" people,
or perhaps on the borderline in the Asperger’s spectrum, but this is my amateur diagnosis, since
I am not trained in this area. Whatever.
Somehow, I still managed to marry two wonderful women (not at the same time) and I have
wonderful children, but mostly I have had no other friends. I love music and always wanted to
play in a band. I’m good enough, but mainly my shyness has prevented me from being able to
bond with the other musicians. Of course, musicians are notorious for not getting along, but I
always wished I could change this aspect about myself. I have really hated myself for years. Talk

3. therapy, never had any lasting effect. Been there, done that. Hasn’t work for me. Still, I may give
it one more try someday.
I know that I am not alone. I see people all around me who are overweight, and I know that
many people suffer from social phobias and depression. There are many prescriptions available
for social anxiety, I’ve tried most of them, but nothing really, absolutely, worked as well as what
I am about to describe. The most widely used social lubricant of course is alcohol, but it can
come at a cost. Really not a good solution if you ask me. The solution I have found and the
program I will detail solved my weight problem and social anxiety problem, along
with depression, all at once . There have been many other benefits as well that I was never
expecting, in many aspects of my life. I am middle-aged, but my life has been completely
transformed, and, believe me when I say that every day is a really good day now. EVERY
SINGLE DAY.
My only motivation is to help others. I also believe that spreading this knowledge will do nothing
less than change the world.
