rotation basis at FPSO Kikeh. Main work scopes are:
Responsible to ensure the Management system and associated COPs are implemented effectively. Ensure
all daily operational and maintenance activities are carried out according to MS requirement.
Performed an area inspection/verification according to current MS.
Conduct PTW training & PTW audit.
Toolbox Talk, Confine Space Entry, AGT & firewatcher in-house trainer.
Enforce Risk Assessment & PTW implementation on-side during safety walk out.

Coordinate laboratory testing of the Offshore Water Injection quality & hydrocarbon liquid to insure
product meets established specifications.
Coordinate laboratory testing on Drilling Completion Fluid from Baram Delta Offshore Operation.
Compile daily Laboratory report of water injection monitoring,crude oil analysis,maintain historical
records and communicate data to appropriate customers.
Identify problem areas leading to out of spec product and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate sampling & analysis of potable water for Baronia platform,BDO, including incoming potable
water from other ships and rigs.
Coordinate analysis of Glycol & lube oil sample from all over Sarawak, Bintulu, Labuan and Sabah.
Coordinate corrosion & bacteria monitoring for the water injection system and crude oil pipeline system.
Coordinate and optimise chemicals & glasswares usage.
Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate appropriate preventive maintenance.
Involved in Pigging Operation for Fluid, Gas and Water Injection pipe line.
Assist operation personnel during start up Water Injection Plant & Baronia Complex Oil & Gas Platform.
