Learn What The 5 Biggest Fat Loss Mistakes Are
and What Needs to Be Done in Order to Attack
Ugly Belly Fat Immediately!
With so much misinformation and
scams running across the
internet, you really do not know
what to believe. People who are
trying to decrease their body fat
have been led astray into
believing the lies of the weight
loss industry.
As a result, I put together the top 5 fat loss mistakes made
by people. Here they are:
1. People Stop Eating
The most common mistake and misconception to losing
weight is thinking that starvation will accelerate results.
People to this day still feel that less eating is better. By
2. starving yourself however you open the door to sabotaging
your weight loss goals. The reason for this is that your
cortisol levels skyrocket when you deprive your body of food.
And when that happens, fat is preserved, muscle is lost and
the metabolism goes down making it much harder for you to
be able to get the results that you want.
The solution to this problem is to eat a good diet consisting
of the right ratio of macronutrients (carbs, proteins and fats)
at the right times of the day. By doing this, you will actually
boost your metabolism and burn more body fat.
2. Eliminate Fats From Their Diet
When people hear the word “fats” they immediately think that
they need to stay as far away from them as much possible. I
have even heard “infomercials” say that you need to starve
fats in order to lose fat by not eating them.
The truth about fats, however, is that not all fats are created
equal. Fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated
(which are high in Omega 3s) can actually help you to
decrease body fat and are essential for fat loss, energy
production, brain function and even life itself!
If you restrict fats from your diet completely, your body will
not be able to burn off the fat you currently store nor function
properly at all. As a result, you take two steps backwards
instead of forward.
3. Focus On Calorie Counting
3. How many calories should I eat to lose weight? This is one
of the most asked questions when it comes to losing weight.
While calories are important, counting them will only lead to
stress. Besides, it is unnecessary that you count them as
long as you are keeping track of the amounts of food you are
consuming throughout the day.
So focus instead on consuming the right ratio and amounts
of macronutrients throughout your day and I guarantee you
that you will decrease body fat and get the results you
deserve.
4. Too Much Emphasis On Weight Loss Pills
Although there are some supplements that are beneficial to
helping you with your dieting efforts by giving you more
energy and suppressing your appetite, people still feel that
just taking a pill is all that is needed to achieve their fat loss
goals! Because of this belief, most people end up victimized
by the marketing strategies of giant supplement companies.
I have yet to meet anybody who has been able to lose
weight by just taking a pill. The facts are you need a good
diet with the right macronutrient ratios coupled with a
properly designed exercise program to boost your
metabolism. Belly fat will not disappear on its own or by
taking a few weight loss pills on a daily basis. Otherwise,
everybody would look great.
5. Focus On Perfection
4. When people cheat on their diet, they tend to fall off the
wagon completely. What I mean by that is that if they cheat
on a Tuesday, they will make up excuses and stop dieting
for the entire week. They say words like “I will get back into
the swing of things on Monday” or “a couple of days of junk
food will not hurt me”.
The words mentioned above are the best case scenario.
What usually happens is when someone blows their diet is
that they never get back on it. They place so much emphasis
on everything being perfect that they simply give up. These
are things that quitters do and should be avoided at all cost if
you expect to achieve your fat loss goals! If you fall off the
wagon in one meal, make sure you get back on it on the
following one! Focus on consistency, not perfection.
