Just Keeps Growing.
Thank you for your recent gift! You are now counted among
the growing number of alumni, parents and friends who make
the University of Detroit Mercy such a great environment for
learning and service.
The University challenges us to develop our social, leadership
and service responsibilities through a very comprehensive
curriculum. We are exposed to opportunities that benefit us as
well as the community. We are serving meals to the poor,
providing no-cost counseling assistance and low-cost health
services. We are building homes for the displaced and assisting
in underserved areas around the country and abroad during our
spring breaks. We also are providing design services to the non-
profit community and civic organizations through the Detroit
Collaborative Design Center.
Academically, 69 percent of us are currently maintaining a 3.0
GPA, and 36 percent are maintaining a 3.5 GPA or better. More
than 66 percent of our student-athletes make the Athletic
Director’s Honor Roll, achieving at least a 3.0 GPA.
We are grateful that you choose to be a part of our family.
