ICT have become ubiquitous with current and future for the development of IRC. During the past decade rapid development occured in an information pattern, and ICT took place to share the information as WWW; and due to the information explosion search engines on internet occurred. Preservation of knowledge in e-format is particularly important in the era of IT. The role of technologies on vary level is undeniably significant. 22. It is the e-sources of information which gave the enhancement to IRCs by using ICT on the formulla of 24x7x12 (round the clock). Speed, accuracy, transperancy, fast distribution, uploading, downloading, online printing, space saving, community accessibility, cross links are also as an advantage. 24 March 2011 22
