under their belt have gone ahead to announce this spectacular development that is sure to get the

This new venture is to be a collaborative effort between Drydocks world (Dubai World’s Ship
Building Unit) and the Swedish experts, BIG Invest Consult. So recent is this development that the
ink is just about drying up on the documents that were signed during the Annual Investment
Meeting that was held recently at the Dubai International Convention Centre. Word is that BIG
Invest who is representing the Polish owners of the mesmerizing Hotel Project – The Water Discus,
Deep Ocean Technology is also the funding partner for this venture. According to initial plans, there
are about seven hospitality ventures in the pipeline, each with an investment ranging from $50
Million to $120 Million.
Each project is governed by the fact that it has to be both ecologically & environmentally
sustainable even while it is turned into a revenue generating venture. Its utility beneficiaries are
expected to be from both, the tourism sector as well as the uber-exclusive luxury-residential
segment. The initial renderings showcase tantalizing structures that are sure to leave those viewing
them spell bound, even as they exist partially above the surface, with the rest being underwater.
