RECRUITMENT FUNCTION
!  According to Kleynhans, et al., (2007), recruitment
is the first stage organisations use to look for new
employees with the right skills and qualifications
in order to achieve organisations effective results.
RECRUITMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1.  Job vacancies advertised internally or externally
2.  Reply to every job applicant within minimum time
3.  Clear information about potential recruits and job details
4.  All applications be treated with efficiency and courtesy
5.  Every person invited for an interview must be treated fairly
6.  No discrimination applicants on grounds of sex, race, age,
religion or physical disability
7.  No discrimination against applicants with criminal records
