2. During the lesson we were assigned to collect a series of images relating to both Structure and Attachment. During the session we had to
experiment how to present my series of shots, coincidently there was a colour scheme with my structural mood board, which contained nude
tones. To see how we could present our mood board successfully peers had a chance to re-arrange our mood board to see if there are other
ways I would like to present it. The image above shows one way one of my peers tried to present my work, I did not like the way it was
presented because I feel the image in the center takes all the attention away from the other images. I feel that the mood board is very busy
and doesn't’t look as if the images are meant to be together.
3. This is another example of presenting my mood board that another peer done, I find this presentation too cluttered, it needs to be more
spaced out on the page so that the images are more visible. I find it helpful that I can look at how other peers would present my work and
critic it so that I am able to critic my own work so that I can improve it. Doing this session really helped with creating mymood as I found it
really easy to present my other mood board for Attachment.
It is also helpful to get feedback and help from tutors as you learn things everyday, for example I did not know that it helped working from
the center of the page and work out. Little tips like those really help with knowing how I can present in my sketchbook and on mounts.
4. This was another outcome that another peer done on my mood board and I found it very successful as I feel that all the pictures sit well together on the
page. I like how all the colours have come together but each image is still visible. I struggled with presenting the images on the page horizontally but after
seeing how my peers presented my work it really helped me. What I would do next with this mood board is look at different colour pallets and shapes that
I see on the page. If I was to do this again I would try and smaller the images I use on my mood board and also have a variety of sized images because it
was really difficult presenting large images on a mount.
