1st Screen<br />I welcome you all, to the Introduction webinar, of, A, mind Power, Blog. I am, M. Balamurugan, an ordinary Man, who is walking towards, divinity. This is my first webinar, and I was told by many people, that my English is not good, my way of speaking is not understandable, and I am making, lot of grammatical errors. I took this as a challenge, to prove myself that, I am capable of overcoming this. In the forthcoming webinars, it’s going to be proved. Please provide, your advice, on my way of speaking, and give your feedback, so that, I can improve, in the forthcoming webinars.<br />If you have any queries regarding the webinar, then post them, or ask them, at the end of the webinar. I practice a lot of Mind Power techniques, it sometimes work well, and sometimes doesn’t. If I misuse it, I get adverse effects too. For example, if we think good, most of the people will think good. If required, we can also people think good. But, if we think bad, and wish to make things happen, that way, it might not happen, because the people, and our environment, won’t allow that to happen. We should have an extraordinary power, like Satan, or evil, to make such things happen. No! I feel no body, wishes that to happen. <br />I want to tell you friends, let all think good, and the good things will happen. <br />In my view, all what is happening in the world, is based on our thinking process. How it rains? It’s based on most of the good people thinking that way. If the people all feel and do good, the environment will be good. <br />We should always say one thing, think good, see good, and do good. Good will happen. <br />I want to share a story here, for you. When I was doing my schooling, we use to play Cricket, in the street. Whenever we play in the street, we hit the ball, to some of the houses. The House owners, use to scold us, and won’t be giving the ball, to play once again. When I took batting, I mishit the ball, and it went straight to a house, where there was a Dog. There was a story, about the Dog, that whoever entered that house, was bitten by that Dog. <br />So, all my friends told me not to enter the house. I entered the house, and the Dog barked. The House owner, a woman, came, and called the dog, by it’s name. She told me to get away, from the house, but, I told her, I wanted the ball, to play. She advised me, to leave, or she will untie the dog. I told her to untie the Dog. She left the Dog and commanded it to bite me. I didn’t even bother of that and my only aim was to get the ball. I slowly started whistling and kept on looking at the Dog’s eyes and slowly went near the ball and took it and threw the ball so that my friends got it. They were curious what will happen next. That’s the time where my concentration slipped, I stopped whistling and didn’t see the eyes of the Dog, the moment it happened, the Dog was furious and tried to jump on me. The lady called the Dog by its name and commanded the Dog to come to her. It ran to her. The Lady told me that “you dare not do this next time”. <br />It was an experience to me. The Overconfidence made me gone to such a situation. <br />2nd Screen<br />What a Mind Power Blog aims for? Why viewers need to check www.amindpowerblog.com?<br />Now days we use lot of machines even for ordinary tasks. Those machines makes us lazy, makes us to not remember things, etc. <br />I want to provide with a lot of resources to make us strong in all areas which overtook by the machines.<br />People are low in confident and even doesn’t know their inner power. The Inner Power can be brought out using Mind Power. This Blog helps doing such things.<br />Few of us see horoscopes, numerology and other superstitious beliefs to know our future and we spoil ourselves by those results. <br />All the results which happen are based on our thinking. If we think we are strong, we will be strong. <br />All our views, thinking and doing, needs to change. If we have a dream to be fulfilled, this blog will be helpful in making those things happen.<br />Most of us have some defined goals in our life. We are trying to reach them, and in the phase of that, we sometime halt, and some time even drop the goal, and go for another goal, thinking that it’s not feasible. <br />Our Mind has enormous power to make things happen. If we fail in an attempt, it doesn’t mean we have failed in everything. Failure is a stepping stone for success. <br />If we synchronize our Mind using Mind Power Techniques, we can make all things which we wish to happen. This blog aims at people making their goal attainable at any cost. <br />We all need an inspiration to make things happen. We only try to do certain things through inspiration. <br />There is a story of an inspiration which changed my personality<br />I am a shy person. I always hide my emotions, feelings, frustrations, etc. What happened was because I suppress these things, it blasted out as anger to my pals, colleagues, parents, etc. I was trying to get away with these things for a long time, for almost 10 years.  But nothing happened till this year march 2011. I was doing lot of practices to get rid of this. I really wanted to build relations, but it had gone the otherway. I didn’t lose my faith, it was a persistent effort to change my self. <br />The First change was from my boss who told me that I am hiding my emotions by wearing spectacles and having huge moustache which cover my lips too. The First thing I did was buying contact lens and from that day, I had full shave, so there is no moustache. My Boss helped me in bringing my expressions and feelings in my face. <br />Second was trekking to a hill where 2 of my colleagues asked me to join them. I went with them and all of them enjoyed but I was just seeing them what they are doing. I felt why I was not joining that party. Trekking guys all were very friendly and helped me a lot. Oneo f my colleague told me to see those guys how they help each others and were enjoying. That gave me a spark. Why am I hiding my feelings and other stuffs? I have to be break free?<br />Then too I was not a person who enjoyed the surroundings. I always think that I should avoid showing my emotions. <br />March 2011, 2nd and 3rd, My journey to Wayand, Kerala, India.  It was a day which has changed my personality. All my emotions, frustrations, feelings all flowed like a river. All my colleagues and I enjoyed the tour and even the driver joined our party. <br />Then it passed on even in my office life too. Now, If I feel something, I openly say to all and I am enjoying every moment in my life. <br />Persistent is the only way to make things happen. A Mind Power Blog will help you to be persistent when you check the blog posts regularly.<br />3rd Screen and 4th Screen<br />What is Mind Power?<br />We are all saying Mind Power, what it really means. <br />Whatever we do using our mind has thinking power involved in it and that is called Mind Power. <br />All have the mind power. What % we use is what matters?<br />When we do a task, if we think and do, its mind power. <br />Some may say, sometimes we do things without our consciousness and complete our task successfully how that can happen. <br />Yes that’s true. When we practice car driving we have to be very watchful to see all things like gear, side mirror, so when someone wants to chat with us we tend to avoid them. When we are well versed in car driving like putting gear is of ease and seeing the side mirror has come as a habit, the Subconscious mind will take control of these things and our conscious mind will talk with them. <br />That’s second level. These will be detailed in another webinar. We shall talk about these things later.For all the tasks, we need the thinking process to happen. That is not the only way to reach the goal. Day dreaming doesn’t make us reach us the goals. We have to positively do to make things happen.It’s easy to say and think than to do it. <br />The above sentence may feel negative but what I want to say here is we have to positively do certain things to make things happen. Doing what we thought, is the way to reach the goal.<br />All may think why in this webinar we talk only about thinking. To answer that query, thinking starts at mind and its consequences are others, so we have to work on the basic thinking to alter our results. <br />5th & 6th Screen<br />What can we achieve using Mind Power?<br />Whatever we wish to achieve can be achieved using Mind Power?<br />The 7 wonders of the world were influenced by the mind of one of a human being.  When we want to achieve something or reach a goal, it’s the mental picture which comes to us, which we have to make to reality. <br />Even great diseases can be cured using Mind Power. We don’t say here to avoid taking medication for those diseases. What we say here is when We are diagnosed of a disease, we have to ask the doctor how it had occurred and how it should be cured. They will advise us what happened in our body and what needs to happen to us to get rectify of those disease.<br />Mental Picture is a way to cure this. We have to go to a silent room where we are alone and no one should disturb us. We lie down or sit in a relaxed position. We need to Close our eyes and get ourself relaxed. Then slowly make our mind go to the area which is affected and has disease. Then think ourself that its curing up. We have to know exactly the process of curing, so as explained by the Doctor we have to mentally picture them as its curing. <br />Take all the medicine as prescribed. But whenever you have time practice the above said method and be confident that you are curing. You will definitely cured. <br />How this can happen?<br />What happen is when we take some medicines for diseases, they get in to our body and chemically reacts in to our body and slowly we cure. <br />When we think of the organ or the part which is affected and mentally picture them as its curing, our body automatically creates the chemical reaction and we will be cured. <br />All the diseases are caused by our mind. We all take medicines to cure our body not mind. To cure our mind we have to practice Yoga, Meditation, etc. <br />7th Screen & 8th screen<br />Obstacles for Using Mind power<br />Fear is the main obstacle for all our goals. When we have fear of failure, then whatever we do will fail. <br />I want to share a story here. I joined a company as Trainee and was doing job for there for almost 5 years. After 5 years I thought of switching jobs. When I tried for Jobs , my problem was when I get the job and go to the other office, will I work well? will I sustain? If I have the capability to do the Job?, those are thefears which I had during the interview itself. So, even when I know the answer,I avoided saying that and came out. This happened for a long time. <br />I was stressed when I feared, I won’t sleep. I will think what I have to do to overcome this. Later I will feel depressed because of the failure. It happened continuously. <br />My Confidence level went down. It was my cousin who helped me to overcome from this. He told me when you fear for something, don’t get rid of it, do it continuously without hesitance, the fear will go off. <br />When I fear for anything, I made a practice of doing that same thing again and again, some times we get hurt, and if we have the power to survive we will definitely survive. <br />But I didn’t lose heart, I went on and on for interview till I am confident. <br />The Interview fear went off and I got two appointments. Now the second part was going to the job and the fear was will I work well and will I sustain there. These cannot be practiced. As all of you know. Here comes the Mental Picture, we have to practice our mind to avoid seeing negative things. We have to use self- affirmations to make ourselves good. <br />I joined the concern. The First 15 days was a struggle. Then I never gave up and all was good. <br />There will be time when we feel depressed, hurt and stressed. During that time, better leave the place and go to a place where you get rejuvenated and after you get confidence and the will power, do the job, you will succeed.<br />9th Screen  and 10th Screen<br />First thing to do to start using Mind Power <br />Thinking is the basis for Mind Power. Positive Thinking is the first step. <br />If we think of a goal and planned to do them, we will be asking advise to all our pals, and close relatives. They will definitely give you some reason to leave the goal. What we have to do during those situations is, we have to think how we can overcome those obstacles. <br />I am an overweight person. Whenever I say I have to reduce my weight my colleagues and friends tease me by saying that you should have thought of it during Schooling. <br />I think myself if truly I can reduce the weight or is it impossible.  I ask myself if no one has reduced the weight. My Mind said no, there are persons who have reduced the weight. So, we have to have positive thinking at all stages to reach our goals. <br />My Goal is during these webinar sessions, I have to say that now I have become weight. <br />11th and 12th Screen <br />Synopsis of Webinar<br />This Webinar is an introduction of Mind Power and how it can be utilized to reach our Goal. <br />It’s the positive mind which makes us reach our goal. <br />Be Positive and you will be followed by success. <br />Remove Fear from yourself to reach goals. <br />

introduction webinar of a mind power blog on August 2011 - Audio Document Version

  • 1. 1st Screen<br />I welcome you all, to the Introduction webinar, of, A, mind Power, Blog. I am, M. Balamurugan, an ordinary Man, who is walking towards, divinity. This is my first webinar, and I was told by many people, that my English is not good, my way of speaking is not understandable, and I am making, lot of grammatical errors. I took this as a challenge, to prove myself that, I am capable of overcoming this. In the forthcoming webinars, it’s going to be proved. Please provide, your advice, on my way of speaking, and give your feedback, so that, I can improve, in the forthcoming webinars.<br />If you have any queries regarding the webinar, then post them, or ask them, at the end of the webinar. I practice a lot of Mind Power techniques, it sometimes work well, and sometimes doesn’t. If I misuse it, I get adverse effects too. For example, if we think good, most of the people will think good. If required, we can also people think good. But, if we think bad, and wish to make things happen, that way, it might not happen, because the people, and our environment, won’t allow that to happen. We should have an extraordinary power, like Satan, or evil, to make such things happen. No! I feel no body, wishes that to happen. <br />I want to tell you friends, let all think good, and the good things will happen. <br />In my view, all what is happening in the world, is based on our thinking process. How it rains? It’s based on most of the good people thinking that way. If the people all feel and do good, the environment will be good. <br />We should always say one thing, think good, see good, and do good. Good will happen. <br />I want to share a story here, for you. When I was doing my schooling, we use to play Cricket, in the street. Whenever we play in the street, we hit the ball, to some of the houses. The House owners, use to scold us, and won’t be giving the ball, to play once again. When I took batting, I mishit the ball, and it went straight to a house, where there was a Dog. There was a story, about the Dog, that whoever entered that house, was bitten by that Dog. <br />So, all my friends told me not to enter the house. I entered the house, and the Dog barked. The House owner, a woman, came, and called the dog, by it’s name. She told me to get away, from the house, but, I told her, I wanted the ball, to play. She advised me, to leave, or she will untie the dog. I told her to untie the Dog. She left the Dog and commanded it to bite me. I didn’t even bother of that and my only aim was to get the ball. I slowly started whistling and kept on looking at the Dog’s eyes and slowly went near the ball and took it and threw the ball so that my friends got it. They were curious what will happen next. That’s the time where my concentration slipped, I stopped whistling and didn’t see the eyes of the Dog, the moment it happened, the Dog was furious and tried to jump on me. The lady called the Dog by its name and commanded the Dog to come to her. It ran to her. The Lady told me that “you dare not do this next time”. <br />It was an experience to me. The Overconfidence made me gone to such a situation. <br />2nd Screen<br />What a Mind Power Blog aims for? Why viewers need to check www.amindpowerblog.com?<br />Now days we use lot of machines even for ordinary tasks. Those machines makes us lazy, makes us to not remember things, etc. <br />I want to provide with a lot of resources to make us strong in all areas which overtook by the machines.<br />People are low in confident and even doesn’t know their inner power. The Inner Power can be brought out using Mind Power. This Blog helps doing such things.<br />Few of us see horoscopes, numerology and other superstitious beliefs to know our future and we spoil ourselves by those results. <br />All the results which happen are based on our thinking. If we think we are strong, we will be strong. <br />All our views, thinking and doing, needs to change. If we have a dream to be fulfilled, this blog will be helpful in making those things happen.<br />Most of us have some defined goals in our life. We are trying to reach them, and in the phase of that, we sometime halt, and some time even drop the goal, and go for another goal, thinking that it’s not feasible. <br />Our Mind has enormous power to make things happen. If we fail in an attempt, it doesn’t mean we have failed in everything. Failure is a stepping stone for success. <br />If we synchronize our Mind using Mind Power Techniques, we can make all things which we wish to happen. This blog aims at people making their goal attainable at any cost. <br />We all need an inspiration to make things happen. We only try to do certain things through inspiration. <br />There is a story of an inspiration which changed my personality<br />I am a shy person. I always hide my emotions, feelings, frustrations, etc. What happened was because I suppress these things, it blasted out as anger to my pals, colleagues, parents, etc. I was trying to get away with these things for a long time, for almost 10 years. But nothing happened till this year march 2011. I was doing lot of practices to get rid of this. I really wanted to build relations, but it had gone the otherway. I didn’t lose my faith, it was a persistent effort to change my self. <br />The First change was from my boss who told me that I am hiding my emotions by wearing spectacles and having huge moustache which cover my lips too. The First thing I did was buying contact lens and from that day, I had full shave, so there is no moustache. My Boss helped me in bringing my expressions and feelings in my face. <br />Second was trekking to a hill where 2 of my colleagues asked me to join them. I went with them and all of them enjoyed but I was just seeing them what they are doing. I felt why I was not joining that party. Trekking guys all were very friendly and helped me a lot. Oneo f my colleague told me to see those guys how they help each others and were enjoying. That gave me a spark. Why am I hiding my feelings and other stuffs? I have to be break free?<br />Then too I was not a person who enjoyed the surroundings. I always think that I should avoid showing my emotions. <br />March 2011, 2nd and 3rd, My journey to Wayand, Kerala, India. It was a day which has changed my personality. All my emotions, frustrations, feelings all flowed like a river. All my colleagues and I enjoyed the tour and even the driver joined our party. <br />Then it passed on even in my office life too. Now, If I feel something, I openly say to all and I am enjoying every moment in my life. <br />Persistent is the only way to make things happen. A Mind Power Blog will help you to be persistent when you check the blog posts regularly.<br />3rd Screen and 4th Screen<br />What is Mind Power?<br />We are all saying Mind Power, what it really means. <br />Whatever we do using our mind has thinking power involved in it and that is called Mind Power. <br />All have the mind power. What % we use is what matters?<br />When we do a task, if we think and do, its mind power. <br />Some may say, sometimes we do things without our consciousness and complete our task successfully how that can happen. <br />Yes that’s true. When we practice car driving we have to be very watchful to see all things like gear, side mirror, so when someone wants to chat with us we tend to avoid them. When we are well versed in car driving like putting gear is of ease and seeing the side mirror has come as a habit, the Subconscious mind will take control of these things and our conscious mind will talk with them. <br />That’s second level. These will be detailed in another webinar. We shall talk about these things later.For all the tasks, we need the thinking process to happen. That is not the only way to reach the goal. Day dreaming doesn’t make us reach us the goals. We have to positively do to make things happen.It’s easy to say and think than to do it. <br />The above sentence may feel negative but what I want to say here is we have to positively do certain things to make things happen. Doing what we thought, is the way to reach the goal.<br />All may think why in this webinar we talk only about thinking. To answer that query, thinking starts at mind and its consequences are others, so we have to work on the basic thinking to alter our results. <br />5th & 6th Screen<br />What can we achieve using Mind Power?<br />Whatever we wish to achieve can be achieved using Mind Power?<br />The 7 wonders of the world were influenced by the mind of one of a human being. When we want to achieve something or reach a goal, it’s the mental picture which comes to us, which we have to make to reality. <br />Even great diseases can be cured using Mind Power. We don’t say here to avoid taking medication for those diseases. What we say here is when We are diagnosed of a disease, we have to ask the doctor how it had occurred and how it should be cured. They will advise us what happened in our body and what needs to happen to us to get rectify of those disease.<br />Mental Picture is a way to cure this. We have to go to a silent room where we are alone and no one should disturb us. We lie down or sit in a relaxed position. We need to Close our eyes and get ourself relaxed. Then slowly make our mind go to the area which is affected and has disease. Then think ourself that its curing up. We have to know exactly the process of curing, so as explained by the Doctor we have to mentally picture them as its curing. <br />Take all the medicine as prescribed. But whenever you have time practice the above said method and be confident that you are curing. You will definitely cured. <br />How this can happen?<br />What happen is when we take some medicines for diseases, they get in to our body and chemically reacts in to our body and slowly we cure. <br />When we think of the organ or the part which is affected and mentally picture them as its curing, our body automatically creates the chemical reaction and we will be cured. <br />All the diseases are caused by our mind. We all take medicines to cure our body not mind. To cure our mind we have to practice Yoga, Meditation, etc. <br />7th Screen & 8th screen<br />Obstacles for Using Mind power<br />Fear is the main obstacle for all our goals. When we have fear of failure, then whatever we do will fail. <br />I want to share a story here. I joined a company as Trainee and was doing job for there for almost 5 years. After 5 years I thought of switching jobs. When I tried for Jobs , my problem was when I get the job and go to the other office, will I work well? will I sustain? If I have the capability to do the Job?, those are thefears which I had during the interview itself. So, even when I know the answer,I avoided saying that and came out. This happened for a long time. <br />I was stressed when I feared, I won’t sleep. I will think what I have to do to overcome this. Later I will feel depressed because of the failure. It happened continuously. <br />My Confidence level went down. It was my cousin who helped me to overcome from this. He told me when you fear for something, don’t get rid of it, do it continuously without hesitance, the fear will go off. <br />When I fear for anything, I made a practice of doing that same thing again and again, some times we get hurt, and if we have the power to survive we will definitely survive. <br />But I didn’t lose heart, I went on and on for interview till I am confident. <br />The Interview fear went off and I got two appointments. Now the second part was going to the job and the fear was will I work well and will I sustain there. These cannot be practiced. As all of you know. Here comes the Mental Picture, we have to practice our mind to avoid seeing negative things. We have to use self- affirmations to make ourselves good. <br />I joined the concern. The First 15 days was a struggle. Then I never gave up and all was good. <br />There will be time when we feel depressed, hurt and stressed. During that time, better leave the place and go to a place where you get rejuvenated and after you get confidence and the will power, do the job, you will succeed.<br />9th Screen and 10th Screen<br />First thing to do to start using Mind Power <br />Thinking is the basis for Mind Power. Positive Thinking is the first step. <br />If we think of a goal and planned to do them, we will be asking advise to all our pals, and close relatives. They will definitely give you some reason to leave the goal. What we have to do during those situations is, we have to think how we can overcome those obstacles. <br />I am an overweight person. Whenever I say I have to reduce my weight my colleagues and friends tease me by saying that you should have thought of it during Schooling. <br />I think myself if truly I can reduce the weight or is it impossible. I ask myself if no one has reduced the weight. My Mind said no, there are persons who have reduced the weight. So, we have to have positive thinking at all stages to reach our goals. <br />My Goal is during these webinar sessions, I have to say that now I have become weight. <br />11th and 12th Screen <br />Synopsis of Webinar<br />This Webinar is an introduction of Mind Power and how it can be utilized to reach our Goal. <br />It’s the positive mind which makes us reach our goal. <br />Be Positive and you will be followed by success. <br />Remove Fear from yourself to reach goals. <br />
