In his university role, he leads academic development and curriculum innovation drawing upon his wide experience and deep knowledge of learning, teaching, assessment and employability. His strategy has been to establish specialist teaching enhancement networks for promoting innovation through the co-production of knowledge (Teaching Essentials).
