1) 10101= 2^4(1)+2^3(0)+2^2(1)+2^1(0)+ 2^0(1) (as you can see you only need to
sum all the binary number and mult. each one for the corresponded power) the first number from
right to left is 1 the power corresponde to that first position is 2^0 (2 because is binary if the
number was in other code the number that you going to elevate to 0 is going to be other). first
position left is ^0 second is ^1 third ^2 ....) so the respose is 10101=
2^4(1)+2^3(0)+2^2(1)+2^1(0)+ 2^0(1)= 16+0+4+0+1= 21 2^0=1 2^1=2 2^2=4 2^3=8 2^4=16
2^5=32 2^6=64 2^7=128
2)=11110000=2^7(1)+2^6(1)+2^5(1)+2^4(1)+2^3(0)+2^2(0)+2^1(0)+2^0(0)
=128+64+32+16+0+0+0+0= 240
