As a researcher I've talked to fishing charter captains in Louisiana about the next big thing in boat motors, and moms about the nursery of the future. I'm a firm believer in acknowledging we don't know what we don't know, and I'm passionate about helping teams gain the insight they need to create the future with confidence.
