This project aims to develop araza jam, a jam made from the araza fruit. The araza fruit has the scientific name Eugenia stipitata and has a delicious natural flavor and palatability. It contains important nutrients like vitamin A, B1, C, proteins, and minerals that help support the smooth functioning of the body and provide health benefits like strengthening the nervous system, preventing colds and heart disease, and acting as an antioxidant. The jam would be a nutritious food supplement due to its high carbohydrate content.
