   Quality Management System (ISO 9001-2000):
    Faster service. Since 2005

   Community Liaison Groups: Members from the each
    colony to reduce threat amongst the people. Different Liaison
    Groups have been launched E.g. Beat C.L.G, Women C.L.G,
    Child C.L.G and Youth C.L.G.

   Beat System: To keep records and maintain discipline in
    the area.

   Neighborhood watch scheme: Aims at spreading
    awareness between neighbors to reduce crime.
GOOD PRACTICES
   Foreigner desk : Aims at helping foreigners with the
    directory, all the Embassy and Tourist Police
    information.
   Sambal scheme (Senior Citizens scheme):
    Security services are to senior citizens, who have no
    children or live alone.
   Services to Disabled: Wheelchair, Ramps and
    Doorbell have been provided for easy access to Police
    Station.
New Initiatives
   Jan-sahabhagita (Community-Association) camps: To provide
    on the spot service to the complaints. Reduce communication gap between
    police and common man.
   Police Enquiry Voice Solution System: Automatic Calling System
  has been launched to provide instant information; status of the complaints
  registered and contact specific officer.
 Website of Police Station (online FIR): Online Complaint facilities
  are available.
 Security for A CUP OF TEA scheme: This scheme has been
  launched in markets in which rate of one cup tea is taken from all the
  shopkeepers by the officers in return to provide a security guard for their
  sake.
   Verification of househelps & tenants: Records are maintained
    in order to reduce crime.
New Initiatives
   Rehabilitation of hard core criminals: Employments
    are provided to the hardcore criminals helping them to live a
    decent life.
   Operation Garima (Pride): Launched specially for Girls
    and women to Empower them.
   Case officers scheme: Each officer has been allotted a
    specific case of a serious offence to pursue & ensure punishment
    for guilty.
   Color coded records: Different records are maintained in
    different colors, so that any laymen can identify correctly.
   Receipt System: Transparency to show cognizance take of
    each complaint
   Information of case Result : Complaint informed about
    final result of each case.
