5. Effective Biotechnological Tools
Consortium of Microbes and enzymes for the degradation of
organic compounds in the waste both solid and liquid.
The Products are designed as per the requirement or the effluent
generation from the industries.
Enzymes will breakdown the complex organic substances to simpler
substances, and the microbes will easily assimilate that substances.
This products will work under both micro-aerophilic and aerobic
conditions also. (i.e. it will work under the DO from 0.3 – 4.5)
Dosage depends on the COD and Flow of the effluent.
For 150 KLD with COD limit of 7500 the requirement is just 1 litre

7. Bio - cultures
Anaerobic Bio – Cultures are purely developed to work under
strict anaerobic conditions in the anaerobic digesters for Bio- gas
productions, and effluent treatment.
Aerobic Bio - Cultures are purely developed to work under
aerobic conditions and it will grow fast to maintain the Biomass
level in the biological tank. 20 – 30% of potential biomass will be
achieved in 25 – 30 days of time.
This are the essential nutrients for the growth of microbes in the
waste water for the degradation of Pollutants.
This nutrient will maintain CPN ratio in the Effluent.
It is an alternative for Urea and DAP.
