Web page update
You can see the snapshot of the
webpage, which appears when you
go to aiesec.org/alumni or you
access aiesec.org and then choose
experience AIESEC -> Alumni
On this page we are simply
summarizing the main points of
cooperation between AIESEC and
AIESEC Alumni. There are two
main calls for action.
Support GIP
Join official global communication
channel – AIESEC Alumni Global
LinkedIn group.
Those two steps represent the main
activities we are driving this year.
Raising GIP through Alumni and
Reputation building through
Alumni.
The development of the web page is
the first phase of development
mainly focused on supporting the
raising GIP initiative. We will be
progressing in the meantime with
further development of the content
and the design.

(ORS)
After clicking on more information
about GIP Alumni can see the basic
overview about the GIP and
benefits of taking GIP to their
company or for their employer
They can also see the current supply
of the students in our system. This is
based on Available Forms Tracker
and will be updated every month.
Later on we will be looking into
having live supply on our web page.

The main ORS system with 4 main
options for Alumni to choose.
First option where Alumnus himself /herself is
interested in taking a TN based on the supply
he/she have seen on our webpage.
The easiest option for us as we can just easily
approach the person and we know we should be
able to fulfill the needs with our supply.
The second option where Alumni himself/herself
is interested in taking a TN but he/she cannot
see the supply he/she is looking for.
We have a space to specify the demand so when
we are following up with the communication we
are ready for the need of the Alumnus.
Important to check our current supply and see if
the supply is really not there as Alumnus can see
only the background of the students and not
always this has to be clear.
5. 5
Lorem Ipsum Dolor Spring 2016
The option in which the Alumnus would like to
recommend another company, another alumnus
or another contact he/she has.
Alumnus has to provide his/her personal
information so we can be referring to him/her
when approaching the referred person.
The option, in which the Alumnus can express,
why he/she is not interested in cooperation so
we can improve either our supply or our Alumni
relations.
There is also an option to choose an entity,
which Alumnus wishes to be contacted by to
follow up on his/her feedback.

After submitting, the information will be collected in our internal system in which
each MC can manage the contacts, which have identified in any of the options their
entity. You can access the information on connect.myaiesec.net where you can login
using myaiesec.net login information. You will be able to access it only if you are
correctly registered as Member Committee EB of your entity in myaiesec.net.
After login, you will see 3 options: Dashboard, Student ORS, Alumni ORS.
When you choose Alumni ORS you will see all the registrations, which are connected
to your entity.
For each registration there is a button to ARCHIVE which you should use as soon as
the communication have been taken forward.
AIESEC International will have the access to all the registration and we will be
tracking the follow-ups with you.

Campaign
Campaign will be happening mainly through social media and webpages. We will be using
the Facebook and LinkedIn as a primary media. For the webpages globally, we will be
mainly using aiesec.org and AIESEC Alumni International webpages.
Above you can see the general campaign, which will be aligning the whole
communication. As supporting materials we will be releasing a video in next two weeks.
Following that we will be releasing promotion of the alumni who have taken GIP – every
week new story. All these supporting materials will be visually aligned with the campaign
above and will be provided to you for the usage in your entity.
You can download the materials in the full size here:

8. What should
I do now?
There are a few simple steps how to support these activities in order to
bring more GIP realizations to your entity.
1. Update your web pages Alumni section. Make sure you communicate the
strategy for this year and direct the alumni towards the global page where they can
find the Current offer and ORS system.
2. Use the promotional materials on your social media.
• Your Facebook profile – cover picture, sharing the promotional
material (you can easily just copy what I have posted on my Facebook
profile and in our LLC/Alumni group)
• Facebook Alumni groups and pages– please share the promotion in all
the groups you have in your entity for Alumni
• LinkedIn Alumni groups – please share the promotion in all the groups
you have in your entity for Alumni
• AIESEC INTERNATIONAL WILL TAKE CARE OF GLOBAL
ONES!
3. Inform your Alumni
• Mailing lists
• Newsletters
• Events
Make sure the communication is clear, polite and not pushy. It supposed to be massive but not
overwhelming. I trust you own judgment. J
9. Thank you very much
for the support!
Now, let’s raise some
