- 1. Welcome To Your ALC Participant Center!! Did you know that your ALC homepage is one of the MOST powerful fundraising tools in your arsenal? Homepage = What your donors see! Participant Center = Tools you use to reach and connect with potential donors.
- 2. How do I find my homepage? Go to: www.aidslifecycle.org
- 3. Enter your name to find your page.
- 4. Click on your name in the list… Click on YOUR name.
- 5. Welcome to MY homepage! This is where I will send my potential donors!! Hopefully you can see why having a dynamic homepage is important! My team! Support me!
- 6. How do YOU personalize YOUR homepage? I am SO GLAD you asked!! First you need to log into your Participant Center. Your username and password were sent to you in a Welcome email from your Cyclist Representative. Can’t find the email? Forgot your login info? Call your Cyclist Rep! We can retrieve/reset them for you!
- 7. Once you login your will have to “access” your Participant Center.
- 8. NOW the fun begins!! What should I do now? Print PLENTY of forms to give to your donors!! Veterans! Get archived donor information!
- 9. Now lets check out the email functions! Enter addresses Choose a graphic Write your OWN text! Always use your Participant Center to send Fundraising and Thank You emails! Our system allows you to keep track of your donor activity and communication at a glance! Need more help with this?
