Participating in development of contracting strategies; creating bid advertisement & bid document, and issuing it
to the bidders; finalizing bidders list and bidder invitation letter; reviewing bid documents for tendering
Preparing tenders, contracts, purchase orders and service orders documentation by ensuring that technical
