Architecture
Hungary, as in any other country in Europe, is well known and beloved for its
interesting and wonderful architecture and cultural heritage. In Hungary you
can find a variety of features in its architecture, such as roman ruins, gothic
churches, hundred years old houses as well as modern buildings next to each
other.
During its history, the Hungary has changed your borders many times. This fact
contributed with inspiration from different countries of Europe, but the
Hungarians always maintains a strong and notable character of their own.

Shoes on the Danube Promenade
This sad memorial was created in order to remember all the victims of Arrow
Cross Party during the WWII. The memorial represents 60 pairs of shoes made of
iron, which make all the people remember that we should never allow something
like this happen again. Shoes are placed on the shore, because the people, who
were shot, were then pushed to fall in the river.

The Pálinka is a famous Hungarian fruit brandy. It is a strong alcoholic beverage
