REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ON RE-ENTRY TO S.ARABIA
Dear Member,
The representative of this Association visited Saudi Embassy and had a detailed
meeting with Mr Abdullah Darwaish, the Saudi Visa Counsel on 5thJune, 09. During the
meeting the expiry cancellation of visa due to various reasons & NOC from previous
employers in Saudi Arabia was discussed and it was decided as under:-
a.( Previously it was in force that onc~ visa ~f a worker is cancelled by his employer in
Saudi Arabia, he was not allowed to re-enter for three years. ThIs restriction has
been removed and no NOC is required from now onward. -
b. In the instance of a Worker on leave in Pakistan, due to any reason he could not get
back to Saudi Arabia on time, now he can go back to Saudi Arabia without any
restrictions provided that his AQAMA isJvalid and not cancellecfbyhis employer
