From Tube A, they transferred 0.1 mL to Tube B containing 9.9 mL of PBS. From the last tube, they pour plated 1.0 mL onto duplicate MSA plates. They counted 48 and 52 CFUs. Determine the concentration of Gram-positive bacteria in the brush sample. Show dilution ratio for each tube/ bag.
