POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions ° Supervises daily work assignments of employees and resident activities — staff and resident daily chores. e Performs employee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions. 0 Facility wide supervision on assigned weekends, holidays, or in the absence of other administrative staff. 6 Assist in employee scheduling and request of leave paperwork. 9 Runs monthly fire drills, weekly hygiene inspections, compliance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. a Train employees to maintain compliance. Multi Task Functions: Employee is responsible for the following at all times 0 Provides care for dependent children and families within a minimum secure, residential environment. 0 Interact with and communicate in a professional manner with outside agencies (ICE, IHSC, JFRMU, Lawyers, etc) 0 Maintains behavioral security of all residents at all times 0 Supewises h the residents at all times - Maintains a courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor and atmosphere at all times. 0 Acts as a role model. 0 Perform other duties as assigned. Non-Essential Function Assist in Departmental policy writing Fill in for line staff when needed Complete audit paperwork Maintain constant bank of radios MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience with children Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Effective Date 1/2004 Workin knowled e of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare 3800 and the ability to apply them to employees Working knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the union and its application to employees Revision Date

Responsible for maintaining the atmosphere of security and safety, which will be accomplished through continued training and interaction with other social service agencies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions % of Time - Direct supervision of all aspects of residents daily activities and 60% scheduled programming. Oversight of resident's compliance with facility policies, procedures, and practices.
