3- Export the Project (XER Format)
EDIT/ADD WBS FOR ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6® USING NOTEPAD, & MS
EXCEL @(macros disabled)

7- Edit/Add the data and create all your WBS with the desired details
6- Open New Excel sheet then Paste the Values Ctrl&V
5- Select the domain of WBS lines, then copy Ctrl&C
4- Open the Project, using Notepad

8- Copy the values after select all
9- As you keep your selection in the Notepad, just paste the new copied values to replace the old ones
10- Give a check, that you did it successfully
11- "Save as" the new file and keep the original as Backup
