trail because she was so scared for them

tape” with her boyfriend Ray J. She filed a
lawsuit to get ownership of the tape. Later
on, she dropped the charges, and sold the tape
to Vivid Entertainment for $5 million.
Also in 2007, around the anniversary of her
fathers death, Khloe received a DUI. She was
sentenced to 36 months probation, and had to
complete a DUI class. After skipping the class for
two weeks and going to Australia, Khloe was
sentenced to 30 days in jail. She ended up only
being in the 3 hours.
