CVD are the most dangerous and frequent cause of death in CZ and worldwide.
Prevention is complicated as it requires a long-term body care and good life-style, which means – the earlier you start taking care of your heart, the lower the risk is. There is no way back when damage is done.

Walking is elementary and natural human motion. Regular daily walking can improve confidence, energy, weight control and life expectancy as well as it reduces stress and helps to keep overall mental fitness. It can also reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and other serious diseases.
Walking is the easiest way to stay fit without using any additional tools.
Walking is available to everybody
A little step in the beginning that can later lead to regular exercise and better life-style.
We create umbrella platform #žijuteď for all Loono activities.

We want people to take pride in a small gesture as a short as walk can be.

All online activities will aim to the International Day of Heart on 29th September in Prague.
We would like to organize a march to the event. Marches have long tradition in CZ – Avon march, March Praha-Prčice and peple have a positive relationship to it.
It is more accessible to everybody than f.e. marathon.
We would also like to organize more marches within the year, for example march on St. Valentine's day – on this holiday, everybody gives a heart but nobody thinks of their own one.
