Industries (P) Ltd. to manufacture Brakes Discs, Brakes Drums, Cylinder block, Pressure plate,
Brake plate and Steering Knuckles for automotive original equipment manufacturers in the Indian
and overseas market. The New Company is investing Rs.250 Crore in the plant at Manesar,
Haryana (India), 60km from Delhi and is equipped with state-of-art foundry having Disa-matic
molding line, compatible sand plant of 80T/Hr with sand multi controller, dual truck induction
melting furnace and online shot blasting machine. This alliance is a strategic move to focus on high

 Demonstrated excellence in handling TPM Activities, Jishu Hozen Pillar champion & co coordinator of
all 8 Pillars.
 Review of all TPM Data’s –Preparation of presentation of 8 Pillars according to JIPM guideline.

 Deploy Lean Management Philosophy & Tool with a high technology Energy equipment production line.
 Leading on implementing a Lean based production systemin our green field plant.
 Leading role in problem management, project coaching/mentoring and training.
 Implement shop floor management systems for staffing, planning and visual management.
 Teaching and training others on Problem Solving, Vista print infrastructure and Lean Thinking through
an approach of learning-by-doing (training combined with hands-on improvement)
 Supporting plant launch project manager and plant director in project management, prioritizing initiatives
and organization establishment.
 Driving the plants Lean roadmap in alignment with the global direction and work closely together with
the global lean team
 Perform and lead weekly Lean Manufacturing workshops to reduce MUDA (Wastes).
 Improve Manufacturing process using Lean tools & various methods (DMAIC Methology Define,
