Saying/Quotation: „If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to
people or things'.
We need to set realistic goals in life in order to achieve happiness.
Mere dreaming towards the goal is not enough.
The first logical step is to provide a timeframe to achieve the goal.
For example, learning piano in six months.
Try doing it today. The “right time” might never come.
Another reason for setting a goal is it gives us something to work towards
or aim for.
We need to meet goals in order to feel fulfilled.
Even small achievements enhance our outlook and improve our self-

If a goal cannot be attained, it can be modified to suit ourselves and our
